When importing the order into Consentio, you can expect to receive two types of alerts from the platform:

New products to associate:

When new products are detected in the order, Consentio will alert you to associate them with your product catalog. This step is essential for Consentio to recognize and manage these products correctly in the future.

Delivery address to associate:

Similarly, if the customer's delivery address is not yet associated in Consentio, you will receive an alert to link it to the current order. Once associated, this address will be available for future orders from the same customer.

Once you have linked this information, Consentio will not request it again for future orders from the same customer.
